Serra Dourada brand includes two kinds of cow cheese: 
  • Serra Dourada Cura Tradicional has benefited from an improved formula. It is now a soft cheese made of cow's milk, with a smooth and velvety taste.
  • Serra Dourada Cura Especial with Paprika, the extension of the brand, is a cured, dry cheese with a paprika rind; a cheese with an appetising aroma and intense and peppery flavour.
